At T3 Micro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your styling tools, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your T3 tools in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
